            It’s a twist on the classic brandy-based cocktail, but with a bit of Colman’s Mustard added in.
      
              
              
            A cocktail with a long history just got a twenty-first century revival. Spicy, dry, yet full of flavor, this drink is sure to be a fixture in your bar cart.

Ingredients
          ½ tsp. Colman’s Prepared Mustard
          2-4 oz. brandy
          ½ oz. spiced rum 
          2 tbs. honey
          ½ tsp lime juice
          1 tsp. Colman’s Dry Mustard Powder
          ¼ tsp. cloves
          1 tbs. granulated sugar
          Ice
              Directions
          Make the glass rim garnish by mixing together 1 tsp. of Colman’s Dry Mustard Powder, ¼ tsp of cloves, and 1 tbs of granulated sugar. Pour into a small dish. 
          To rim the glass, then in a second small dish pour 1 tbs of honey. Dip the rim of a Collin’s glass in the honey and then immediately dip in the mustard spiced rim garnish. 
          In a small bowl, thoroughly mix together ½ tsp. of Colman’s Prepared Mustard, 1 tbs. of honey, and ½ tsp of lime juice. Pour into the rimmed Collin’s glass. 
          Add ½ oz of spiced rum to the glass and stir with a bar spoon. Add ice.
