Must Have Must-Ard Jammy Cookies
When spicy mustard and sweet jam are combined something magical happens.
Grab that apron and let’s get baking! These fiery cookies are sure to make you reach for that cookie jar and a tall glass of milk.

Ingredients
¾ cup oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup olive oil or ghee or applesauce
Pinch of sea salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup honey or date syrup
Water or milk, to taste
2 tbsp Colman’s Dry Mustard
1 jar of your favorite jam, lemon curd, or marmalade + a teaspoon, for serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all dry ingredients with a whisk.
Fold in remaining wet ingredients (except the jam). Add milk or water if needed to get to a dough-like consistency.
Form the cookies by taking rounded tablespoons of dough and rolling them into balls and flattening them onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Make a divot in each cookie with the back end of the spoon and fill it with ~1 teaspoon of jam.
Bake cookies for 10-14 minutes.
Serve and enjoy with a tall glass of milk!
